I absolutely loved the cozy and charming decor of the hotel. It felt like stepping back in time to a simpler and more elegant era. The common areas were beautifully decorated with antique furniture and rich fabrics, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel was easily accessible with wide hallways and comfortable seating throughout. The staff were attentive and always available to assist me with any needs I had. the hotel created a relaxing and comfortable environment for a perfect mountain getaway.
The only thing I would have asked for is more accessible amenities for senior people. Perhaps having handrails in the bathrooms or next to the stairs would have been helpful for those with limited mobility.

The 2 bedroom spa cottage was lovely. It just would have been nice to know that we were not part of the accommodation with the rest of the group.

Location, view House Garden Standard set was high
The web site description did not say that there was no bathroom. Other accommodation with spas still have a shower and sink in a separate room. If we had known that we would have to shower and clean our teeth in the same room as the bed and television, we would definitely not have picked this accommodation.

I chose Moments Mountain Retreat Villa because I wanted to visit the Valley of the Waters Track. The location of the bed & breakfast was perfect for this, and I was pleasantly surprised by the amenities such as complimentary wireless internet and tour/ticket assistance. the breakfasts served were delicious, using local and organic products and free-range eggs. The proximity to Sublime Point Lookout and Three Sisters was a bonus.
Nothing - honestly, I was blown away.
